The very special rescues at Pup-Eez are placed into very special homes, carefully considered to match the needs and personality of each pet. A printable adoption application is available below. Our goal is for everyone involved to be happy, especially these precious, well-deserving pets. Unless otherwise stated, there is a small adoption donation of $50. Of course, additional donations are certainly appreciated. Our rescue sector is non-profit. All monies received go toward the medical expenses of the pets.

We know our application is somewhat lengthy, but it is easy to fill out, and the information requested is important in determining if a particular pet is the "right fit" for your home. Remember, most homeless pets would not be homeless if they had been matched properly the first time. We want to make sure these very special pets are never homeless again.
